PLEASE NOTE:

There are three steps to registration:

2. Have your parents fill out the online permission/consent form at www.eastwestyouth.com
3. Turn in your payment to your youth leader

Early Bird Registration: 1800rmb (by Sept 14)
Late Bird Registration: 2000rmb (by Sept 21)

Registration must be completed by Sept 14th to secure early bird price.

Registration must be completed by September 21st. Late completions of the registration process incur a 50rmb late fee.

Bus Transportation

Buses will depart around 6pm (depending on location) on October 1st. They will return around 4:30pm on October 4th.
